Baby Massage

This class is aimed at showing parents how to do baby massage on their baby.

Baby massage aids in the development of a baby's first language, which is mainly touch and enhances their feeling of being loved and secure. Baby massage also helps to strengthen and regulate their digestive, respiratory and circulatory systems and can relieve symptoms of colic, gas and constipation. A calm nervous system leads to more restful sleep. Furthermore, massage enables babies to learn how to be aware of their body's tension and how to release it; an invaluable gift as they grow into adulthood.
